Reader is going strong at HTS.
Thanks to our computers being networked the children can now take AR
tests in their classrooms as well as in the downstairs library. Click here for list of AR books. Practice Taking Reading Tests This
website helps children practice taking a reading test at home before taking an AR test at
school. The questions may not be the
same; however it will check your child’s knowledge of a given book.
Unfortunately, not all books are found on this website. Simply register as
a new user, click on Kid Zone,
click on Quiz-O-Matic
then type in AR book title. Happy Practicing!! Authors/Illustrators' Birthday Authors
and illustrators have birthdays just like us. Find out which one is
celebrating his/her birthday this month. Phonograms Phonograms
help children to read. By changing the beginning letter of phonogram
children can make new words.

The remainder of the children is permitted to check-out one book. *
More books may be checked-out only after returning all books the
