· Write the title of the story

· State the number of pages

· List the main characters

· State the setting

· Each paragraph should be indented

· The paper should be in cursive

· Write about in 1 paragraph three times Sadako demonstrated her courage in this story

· Write in paragraph 2 how Sadako’s family tried to help her through her illness

· In the 3^rd paragraph, write about how the story ends, do you agree with how the author ended the story? Why or why not?
