The 1^st grade students participated in a Valentine auction on Friday, February 13^th. The students were each given $85(symbolizing the school’s 85^th anniversary) to spend. Mrs. Sullivan used the auction as a way to reinforce math skills and the importance of using money wisely. In addition, she hoped to spark the students’ interest in the auction process. This couldn’t come at a better time, as we are in the final preparations for the Holy Trinity School Benefit Auction on March 6^th at the Norfolk Yacht and Country Club.
